There are few things that you should be aware of before you book our van and they are all about insurance and security deposit.

Basic Insurance (Included)

📞 24/7 phone support
🚗 Towing service to the nearest station (up to €150)
💼 Minor damages up to €100 (pillows, blankets, bed linen, glasses, plates)

Standard Insurance (€250-300)

✔ Everything in the Basic Package
🪞 Side mirror glass replacement (up to €50)
🔧 Minor scratches on camper wrap (up to €50)
💡 Water/electricity repairs twice per rental (up to €100)

Premium Insurance (€500-600)

🔧 On-site vehicle repair up to €200
🚕 Transport of passengers to accommodation within 50 km
🏨 Accommodation costs covered for up to 48 hours (€20 per person)

Premia+ (Price on Request)

If you drive outside Montenegro and cause damage to a third party, you are not required to pay for the damage to the vehicle, as the insurance covers it. However, if you cause damage to the camper itself, you must cover the costs entirely.

Security Deposit

A €500 deposit must be paid in cash upon rental. This serves as a guarantee that you will return the camper in the same condition.

Responsibility

Basic and additional insurance do not cover physical damage caused by the renter (interior and exterior). Insurance only covers damages in accidents where a third party is responsible.
